DNA CYCLING EMPIRE PASS RIDE 2014 & STRAVA CLUB CHALLENGE SEGMENT #5

It's that time of year again!  DNA Cycling is holding an unorganized, unofficial, ride at your own risk, group ride this coming Saturday, August 23th, 2014.  Our STRAVA CLUB CHALLENGE SEGMENT #5 will coincide.  See below for complete Event and Strava Club Challenge Segment details!

If you can't make it this Saturday, feel free to ride the same Strava Club Challenge Segment #5 any time you like during week.  Be sure to upload your data no later than 6 pm MST on Sunday, August 24th.

STRAVA CLUB CHALLENGE SEGMENT #5:

• SEGMENT:  Wasatch Mt State Park to KOM Guardsman
• DATES: Monday August 18, 2014 through Sunday August 24, 2014.
• Upload "Public" Activities by 6 pm MST August 24, 2014 to be eligible.
• PRIZE:  Skullcandy Headphones from Slim & Knobby's Bike Shop!

EVENT DETAILS:

Riders will depart from the Hyatt Escala Lodge at 7:00 AM. It is around 70 miles round trip with a stop at Slim & Knobby's Bike Shop in Heber City, UT to refuel. After that it is up and over Empire pass and back into Park City.  The route and elevation information should be pretty similar to last year.
